Can an agent act without my knowing?
No. Each agent is given a list of permitted actions, and nothing beyond it is possible for it. Everything it does is logged, and anything that commits the business waits for validation by a human on your team.
What happens if an agent gets it wrong?
That question is settled at design time, not afterwards: we automate first what can be checked and undone. An error stays visible in the log, reversible, and confined to one procedure. Irreversible decisions are never delegated.
